everybody needs help lol

You need to consider, EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT. Sam has a realistic goal...just because you may think its easy to squat 100kg it may not be for him and for a lot of people in the gym. It took me a while to squat 100kg (i dont miss leg days) but i benched 100kg way before i could squat 100kg. There may be people who are much stronger upper body than lower body, vice versa. Yes your legs are predominantly supposed to be a lot stronger, but Sam may not be as active from day to day basis such as you Joe, constantly training/basketball etc so your legs are gonna be hella explosive, whereas Sam may have office legs as he probably always sits down etc 😅 no offence Sam.
