It's been two weeks since we let you all know that Mother 3 would be claiming the coveted cover spot for NF Magazine's next issue, along with giving you an early in-progress look at Ruy's clay models of the cast. Now he's finalized the heroes, added a few more faces to the mix, embellished the whole thing with some snazzy PSI effects and composed the final cover! Have your first look at the cover that's going to be showing up in your mailboxes in May!
I'm incredibly pleased with how Ruy's models turned out, and if you are too, please do him the favor of visiting his various corners of the Internet to see more of his work:

Yes, his DeviantArt alias is "FlintOfMother3." There could have been no one better to take on a Mother 3 magazine cover!
There's still another creative surprise in store for this issue beyond this cover art, though, so stay tuned for another reveal between now and the end of April!
On another topic, while I've got you here, how many of you out there are also regularly reading RETRO Magazine? Our own Thor Thorvaldson is also on RETRO's creative team, and we've partnered with them in the past to get our two audiences connected with enticing offers. And so too are we doing so again! RETRO's latest issue is on sale now, and since great minds think alike, it's focused on the 30th anniversary of The Legend of Zelda, as our most recent issue was! RETRO takes a totally different angle on the celebration, though, so you should definitely consider picking up a copy of their new Issue #11 to serve as a companion piece to NF #20.
