Shipping issues, Tier Names and International Changes

Hello everyone! Hope February treated you well, I can’t believe that it’s almost over!

I’m making a little mini post letting everyone know that there were some shipping issues with this past months rewards, with some people missing their packages and others getting doubles!!

Patreon doesn’t currently have a way to print postage through it, or hook it up to the system I use to track/print/pack orders (ShipStation) so every month Patreon orders have to be exported from Patreon in an Excel sheet and then imported to ShipStation so I can print the postage, which can be a little confusing (I’m not the best with numbers )

But good news! My Partner is now offically helping me manage that side of things so there won’t be any more issues (they are luckily very good with numbers!)

That being said, because I’m letting them set this up Tier names MIGHT be changing. This won’t effect literally anything that has to do with y’all, we might just be renaming them to help at a quick glance differentiate them since right now they are all s alliterations.

One BIG BIG change that is going to happen is there will now be separate international tiers for patrons outside of the USA. I’ll keep y’all updated and I will be private messaging anyone that this applies to with more info once it’s set up.
