When Patrons choose time END. Which Character have the highest number of votes will be Art painting or Comics in Next month.
One Patron has one vote.
But 2nd an 3rd Character will join Next month Voting. If it's not enough or something wrong, plz tell us and we will change in next time.

No problem! :) For context: I suggested to add the least voted character as a background character, so they have a chance, too.
