I Tried To Make A Title Using Lyrics From Velouria But Failed Miserably

Hello everyone!

This morning I polished off the script for a video dedicated to Valeria Richards and her awkward history. It also includes my interpretation of Doom's importance to the Fantastic Four and the complexity of his relationship with Valeria. Not to mention, a caution to writers what elements NOT to explore when writing about that dynamic. Seriously, for any Marvel writers reading, don't make it creepy and weird. Not just because it's distasteful and gross, but because it would illustrate you don't understand either character.

I'm hoping that sees the light of day by the end of the week. Gotta type this update up and record the narration.

As for other projects: The Question script is done and just waiting for me to edit it to death and give it a good polish. The Spider-Man compilation is just waiting for me to record the inserts, but it is otherwise ready to go. A look at One World Under Doom is being written. That said, I'd rather do some more positive videos before I launch into one that's pretty negative.

I expect to either do a video on the entire Jonathan Hickman run of Fantastic Four, or one dedicated to the opening arc, Solve Everything. Perhaps both. It all depends on how long the Solve Everything segment runs. I've only sketched it out and don't know how much I'll babble about it once I start filling out the script.

Of course, a few days ago I made various posts clarifying that no portion of SBP is AI generated. Especially my voice.

A few months ago (or whenever this accusation first reared its head as something actually serious) I wrote a script addressing this misinformation. I've been debating whether to pull the trigger on that script or not. I'm of two minds. For one, it will definitely shut those vocal idiots down. But...then I ask myself, "Is that necessary? And aren't you overreacting to a baseless accusation that's easily disproven by anyone with a partially functioning brain?"

Right now, if I did that script as written, it would be a solid twenty minutes or so. It is thorough. And, if I'm honest, it's angry and probably more than a little condescending towards those that make the accusations. Which is another reason I feel disinclined to do it. It's fine written down so it's out of my head. But does it really need to be recorded? Maybe? We'll see how it develops.

For now, it's not something I've scheduled. I really, really do think it's far better to direct my energy towards the content I usually do.

That's it for now. Back to work!

Responding to the accusations will only fuel them. People who like your work like it in part becuase of it's authenticity. It shows through in every video. Also, I'm really enjoying the F4 content you've been doing lately. People have been coming to my bookshop and asking me for F4 comics in the lead up to the film, and you've given me lots of insights I can share with them.

That's another consideration. Addressing the ridiculous seems to give it a level of justification. Ipso facto: It wouldn't be addressed if it there wasn't some truth.

Always good advice.

The folks who make these sorts of claims see arguments against their view as proof of conspiracy. The more you engage with them, the more frustrated you will get, while they will be feeding on your engagement.
