The Debriefing

Hello, everyone!

I think I've finally finished my forensic analysis of the creation of the Fantastic Four. Yes, as previously mentioned, it's a combination of a lot of writing I've done over the years in one, completely rewritten package. I've spent months researching and refining it and it may be time for it to be committed to a video. It is pretty complete and takes into account a lot of details and arguments surrounding the First Family.

Out of this came another editorial that I might do first. The topic of that editorial? Addressing comments that allege I subtly suggest Stan Lee had very little or nonexistent input into various characters and creations. It's an inaccurate representation of what's said, but I can see how one can draw that conclusion. So, I thought it best to put my opinion on the record.

Originally, I had roughed in that editorial piece at the end of the FF origin video. But, as I was fleshing it out, it became its own thing. So, I cut it and will create a separate video concerning that topic.

Another contender for this week is a fun topic that I've been meaning to do for a while: Comics about UFOs! The script is about 80% done and just needs a good edit. Which shouldn't take long to do. So, that may be one that you see appear this week while I chip away at piecing together the FF origin video.

Now you are officially in the loop!

My high school science department head was the brother of one of the co-creators, Michael Cherkas.

Heh. I am an outlier, I suppose. I actually believe in nuance and some level of objectivity, instead of intractable positions based on bias and personal opinion. :)

Ah! I forgot about Silent Invasion. Now I have to find it and add it. Thank you for that!

Will you be looking at Silent Invasion and Suburban Nightmares for the UFO comics? Those were the first ones to come to mind.

Nuance? In a youtube video? At this point in the media cycle, about this topic? Good luck, man.
