I like the idea of adult Peter Parker becoming Spider-Man but Iron Man gives him a magic spider and suit is just an unappealing route to get there. Pass but I hope somebody does this concept again.

2024-02-28 18:28:11 +0000 UTCI, too, was underwhelmed by ULTIMATE INVASION but I'm not the big Hickman fan so many people seem to think I should be. Earlier stuff of his that I've read, while not bad at all, just didn't land with me. ULTIMATE SPIDER-MAN, though, is landing with me in a big bad way, thus far.

2024-02-24 18:44:52 +0000 UTCWell, I may to pick this up then. From what you say it is in some ways the anti One More Day as well. It always strikes me when a writer can take elements some consider essential to something and change it. If they're good, you often see what remains in a new light.
