Both can be used as sworn brothers aswell as biological brother, while Aniki is a little more respectfull when you look up to someone as in "he is more experienced" or in higher ranked and Kyodai is more generally meant as in equals. Franky got called Aniki by everyone in Water 7 (and later on by other characters), because he was like the big brother for them, that they looked up to, since he got them out of the miserable poor thug life into an organized family where they look after each other (and they would probably call each other kyodai). So the example could be Zanbai - Franky = Aniki. Zanbai - Tamagon = Kyodai. You don´t hear Kyodai as often in strong hirarchally orginaziations - but then of course more often when each other are sworn brothers. In this matter right now: It means nothing special.
