2025-03-04 16:30:02 +0000 UTCOne of the crazier things Oda has revealed in an interview is how all the pirates from the worst generation we see here on Sabaody (including Law and Kid) are last minute additions he came up with and added last minute before one of his chapter deadlines. His reasoning being that the arc would feel empty and boring without more characters π It is a fun thing to keep in the back of your head as you see more of them in the future and how natural they feel to the story. Truly shows how good Oda is at his craft.

But on a brighter note, we get to see all of these new and interesting DF powers. Each one more strange and unique than the last. "NUTS" doesn't even begin to describe these past few episodes lol.
