However, demographic categories are often less significant than people assume, as they primarily indicate the type of magazine that publishes the manga. Interestingly, The Apothecary Diaries has been the #1 ranked current manga among women in Japan the last time I checked.

It wasn't something in a lesson, but the teacher was explaining it to us as a side note in a history lesson. I can't remember the lesson, but I remember that.

2024-05-20 09:24:59 +0000 UTCAs they trll us in the beginning of every episode, this is a work of fiction. That being said, this system of concubines is based on facts in history. Sadly on my part, i only leaned of them though watching anime. A dozen or so fantasy and isikai animes that I have watched mention or use them. They had no idea that the face powder was poisonous. Powders like that were used throughout history and no one realized it for hundreds of years.
