Usopp feeling useless and weak is so relatable. If someone was asked, which Straw Hat member do you see yourself relating to the most?, I bet the majority of people would not choose Usopp. Many would not want to admit to having such feelings about themselves from time to time. They'd choose someone whose stronger and smarter rather than someone who reminds them of themselves. These two episodes are the reasons why I will always defend Usopp from all the Usopp haters of the world. He may not be a part of the Monster Trio but he is, undoubtedly, an important member of the crew.
