Honestly I think a lot of people don't like Skypea or Davy Back Fights because people think they aren't important because they don't have a lot of world building lore. But both of these arcs have tons of character development and interactions that are the basis for how they act in the crew all the way to current episodes and chapters in the manga. This Zoro and Sanji team fight is also the basis for how they treat each other and respect each other as equals for the rest of the show. This is also one of the arcs where you get the best Nami/Usopp interactions as well as a ton of Robin just getting to obviously relax and have fun for one of the first times in her life.
