So a little fun fact, that whole shipwright conversation that the crew had was actually in the manga. The anime studio decided to include it here in the middle of this filler arc. Sadly, it's a moment that's very easily skipped by anyone who only watches the canon eps. Although it's a short and almost negligible bit of conversation, it's still a warming scene that reinforces the crew's appreciation for Merry and sets up their next overall goal in the story. I'm glad you got to see it :)
