His music has been meticulously crafted to bring the UK Drill sound to an American audience and he's put West London on the map globally. But behind the music there's a dark secret. If his lyrics are to be believed, Central Cee was a drug dealing kingpin, backed by one of the most serious gangs in London, 12 Anti. This group have been in a years long fued with another infamous gang known as 1011 or CGM. Their most famous rapper is a West London shooter by the name of Digga D. But ever since both Digga D and Central Cee got famous there's been endless speculation about the truth behind the lyrics. Is Central Cee really the hardened gangster he raps about? Or did he really steal his persona from a group of rival West London gangsters without ever having set foot in the streets? Well regardless, when he got famous, Central Cee became the hood trophy for some of the most dangerous gangs in the city. And as a result whether or not his street ties were valid, his local gang set took a grip of his career. Some have compared his gang ties to 6ix9ine's suggesting this gang saw the potential and tried to take hold of his career and extort him. But while Central Cee tours the world and makes millions off his West London Gang persona, the real gangsters would be in and out of prison and furious about his brazen bars mocking them and their affiliations. This is the first and only deep dive into the deadly Gang War in West London which has taken hold of the UK's most popping rapper. And in this 4 hour deep dive we will find out once and for all is Central Cee as real as they say he is, or a fraud risking his life and playing gangster to enrich himself and his friends.

The reason Americans sometimes think the British accent is goofy because it takes much longer to convey even the simplest sentences compared to American English. So long infact that British people themselves are constantly creating shortcuts and slang so often that their music, and media becomes unintelligible to Americans and thus remains ellusive in the largest English speaking market in the world. British English isnt condusive to the multiethnic nature of America because of that strict pronunciation which is why it was abandoned in America a long time ago.

There’s no real way to connect with a lot of my favorite artists or understand their lives so a documentary like this is so cool. For example I’m a big OFB fan and the videos you’ve made on those guys have given me so much backstory that I wouldn’t previously know. I’d have never known Abra Cadabra was Pop Smokes original inspiration to start rapping that’s a wild fact not a lot of people know about.
