Everything I can find on the Mask states that Revan gave it back to Canderous Ordo to reunite the clans. Ordo would eventually die in battle with it and at this point in the Clone Wars, it would be a priceless relic on Mandalore, if it survived through the latest civil war.

On the planet) id imagine she'd know its there being as big of a star wars nerd as I think she is plus I doubt she'd forget somthing that important
