Starting the new year with this message feels a little surreal, but it’s something I’ve thought about deeply. I feel it’s time to share a change that’s been weighing on my heart. 2025 marks a time for big changes in my life, and one of the most significant is my decision to step away from Patreon in its current form.

Over the years, Patreon has been an incredible way for me to connect with so many of you. Your support—your kind words, encouragement, and generosity—has meant the world to me. But I’ve come to realize that the pressure to create on a schedule, to meet expectations, and to deliver consistently has slowly drained the joy I once felt when drawing. Art became less about passion and more about obligation.

That’s not how I want to create.

So, starting now, I will no longer post new art on Patreon. Instead, I’ll share my work freely, as soon as it’s finished, across platforms like Twitter (X), Bluesky, and others. This means you can enjoy my art without any barriers—no subscriptions, no tiers, just the pieces I pour my heart into.

I’ll be keeping Patreon open as an infopoint and a simple tip jar for anyone who feels moved to drop a coin of appreciation. If you ever choose to do so, know that I’ll be deeply grateful. But please, let me be clear: you don’t have to! Your enjoyment of my work, your kind words, and the support you’ve already given mean more to me than I can express.

Letting go of this chapter isn’t easy. Patreon has been a big part of my artistic journey, and I’ve poured so much of myself into it. But sometimes, to grow, we have to make hard choices. This is my way of rediscovering the joy that first made me pick up a pencil and draw.

To everyone who’s supported me—whether you’ve been here for years or just joined recently—thank you from the bottom of my heart. You’ve been with me through my highs and lows, and I hope my art has brought even a fraction of the joy you’ve given me.

This isn’t goodbye. My art will still be out there, and I’ll still be out there, just in a different way. Maybe one day, I’ll come back to Patreon with fresh eyes, but for now, I need to take this step.
