Web 2.5.2 Update and Client 3300 Update

- Added a new `/client/lines` page for easy line download
- Modified `/client` to now have a redirect to `/client/lines`
- Added an actual role hierarchy
- Changed various translation mechanisms
- Redid some parts of the navbar
- Every user now has a position history on their profile (soon to be private/public)
- The `/team` page now displays last team changes too
- Managers can now properly manage their content
- Fixed patreon not disconnecting properly
- Fixed home page bugs
- Fixed some settings not saving properly for some people
- Fixed documentation view for admins
- Fixed the logo weirdly blending in on some pages
[Client Update 3300]
- XP and Money can now be earned and added to your in game profile (Latest ETS2 Version Only)
- Feature to help with route GPS setup, making it 100x easier to setup your route (Patreon Only)
- Login information is now encrypted when being sent to the web
- You now wont recive a false penalty on the last stop
- Slight UI updates (Main Menu added, "On Time" text spacing fixed, End of route screen text spacing fixed)
- Line Preview times will now be less broken
