DTNS August 2025 Update

Hey folks,

Summertime, and the tech news is… well, not exactly easy, but it’s fun. We have a lot more room to fit things in. And as has become our tradition we are taking the show down for one week to experiment! Experiment week traditionally invoices people in our community trying out ideas to see how they work, or maybe just because it’s only a one-off. 

For one week you’ll get those and the rest of the team gets the week off. 

This is the first year that we’ve had DTNS Live, so to clarify, the Experiment Week episode go in the Briefing Feed. But there will be no DTNS Live that week. DTH still goes on to cover any news.

Instead you’lll get cool new ideas that may turn into a whole podcast. That’s what happened with The Tech Jawn, Behind the Data and more. 

This year we’re expecting experiments from Nica Montford, Anthony Lemos, a special reaction episode of Android Faithful to the Pixel announcement, an interview episode from Roger Chang with a TechTV alum and more!

Experiment week runs August 18 through August 22.
