Critics content the effort is hypocritical and in fact would enshrine anti-net neutrality behavior into law. YouTube is pushing for a nicer, kinder YouTube, but is that what YouTube really wants?

While i think it is misguided, I think it is politically an okay tack for the States to make 'net neutrality' a mandatory checkbox item for State contracts. Could also make a great experiment.
