Since it doesn't pick winners or losers but compresses or slows down all traffic it doesn't seem like a clear example of net neutrality violation to me. Your mileage of course may vary.

2017-08-23 14:58:05 +0000 UTCThe Verizon story about throttling video IS anti-Net-Neutrality. I was surprised you did not recognize that. Noting that Net-Neutrality is NOT always a good thing. I WOULD like to be able to pay for faster, better network access; just as I WOULD like to pay for faster, less congested driving lanes. I may not pay, buy I would like the option to buy better.
