Jax is in his early 30's, so old enough to have been around a while. He and Opie are both second generation, their fathers were founding members. Jax's father has been dead for about 20 years. Structurally, this show is inspired by Shakespeare's 'Hamlet. I think this and 'Ozark' are your two strongest contenders. 'Ozark' has a better story, 'Sons' has better characters and an amazing soundtrack. Both of them are great shows.
