This movie was set before Iron Man because Iron Man came out in 2008 this movie was set in 1995 but in this movie they call the organization shield but in iron man they didn't have a name for it they called it Strategic Homeland Intervention, Enforcement, and Logistics Division they hadn't come up with a name for it yet so they got that wrong
