It's been a while! BTS #57

What up, mini family?! Long time, no BTS post. Let's right the ship! As you all probably know, I very recently worked on releasing a miniature for sale and making a big ol' digital course for it.

Immediately after I finished this, I went on a little vacation to Brussels, Belgium. I was actually still working on a few final details for the mini/course while I was in Brussels. Here are some fun pictures!

While I was in the EU, I met with a long time fan of the channel and friend of mine, Martin. Martin has been involved in my youtube channel for a long time, starting out as a mod for my twitch stream to more recently a mod on my discord server. It's always nice to put a face to such a helpful person.

Let's talk gear! As you may have noticed in the most recent videos, my video setup has changed a lot.

I assembled some ikea cabinets for hobby storage and did up some shelves for some set dressing and added a few practical lights to the background for some spice. I plan to make some more significant changes in the form of adding some scaffolding to the ceiling with some ceiling outlets so I can mount my lights to my ceiling and not have to worry about stands and cables everywhere. My main light for youtube videos is a big square, it's the Intellytech LC-160. I want to be able to illuminate my entire rectangular desk so I bought 2 more lights, another LC-160 for my desk and a LC-120 for a hairlight behind me. These will all be rigged to the scaffolding when it's in place.
