Switching to Adobe Premiere Pro

So.... two nights ago I edited TWD 713 with my Videostudio, like I normally do... took about 3ish hours from start to finish... then... every time I tried to render... Videostudio would crash. For no apparent reason. I had some issues with it the day before on a full reaction I was working on as well. I recently had updated my Videostudio to the 2020 version, and I am assuming it is just very buggy being so new. Regardless I am pissed. I should say, I WAS pissed... but honestly I still am because that 3 hours of editing went out the window. I edited TWD 13 with Adobe, and of course I have never used it before, so I had to learn a whole new interface. Today, I am editing all of the full reactions due to go up, and in the process I am playing around with different video and audio effects. With every video I tried different things, so please let me know what audio and what video is best. I personally think that as I continue to play around with things... it will continue to get better as I go.

FYI, Davinci Resolve has a free version to use. If you have a need for it’s “Studio” (aka Pro) version, it’s $300 one time perpetual license. (You own it, free upgrades) most of all no subscription. If you were on Mac I would say Final Cut Pro X vs Davinci but speed wise Davinci is up there with FCPX. FCPX has a lower learning curve for new editors. You might give Davinci Resolve a try while you are in the cancel grace period for Premiere Pro. In the long run the Adobe subscription is a recurring operating expense. Nothing wrong with Premiere Pro other than the access cost never ends.

Alternatively, Lacey could start putting the subtitles in the source videos. That would solve the problem of not hearing the dialogue due to it being too quiet or when they're talking at the same time. That would be my preference.

I don't know if it's due to copyright strikes but like i've said before, i want the audio levels more balanced, you can't hear the dialogues in the show sometimes even if we can hear you perfectly fine, turn down a few notches would make everything better, i for one need to turn up volume so high my parents wake up, and i can't use headphones due to rashes.
