Computer Update

For any of you that don't know, my computer took a shit on me last night. My D drive randomly disappeared which is my storage drive. I had Craig remote into it because he works in IT.... he wasn't able to fix it. I then unplugged the D drive and plugged it back in, and it short circuited my entire computer. I ended up having to do a factory reset. I am now able to get into my computer... and I got my D drive back... problem is, my computer is now acting like it can't handle even the smallest of editing tasks. I edited a full reaction to a movie... took me 7 hours from start to finish, this is including saving time. Saving time should have been 2 hours, took 4. Editing should have taken 1 hour, it took 2. My computer is acting like it has no ram... I am not sure what is going on anymore. I was planning on getting a new computer eventually anyways, one better built for heavy editing... but this is forcing me to do that a lot quicker than my intent. I won't be uploading quite as much until I am able to get a new PC, which at this point in time, I would be able to order it around Jan. 2... then shipping time. Unless I am able to find the one I want in stores, then I will go same day and pick it up. I will still be putting up things every now and then until then, it's just going to be cut down quite a bit. I doubt I would be able to edit The Walking Dead... it would take all damn day LOL. Either way we will be back on track at the beginning of the year! If anybody is down to help out and get me a bit closer to the amount I need, I may be able to get the computer sooner. All donations big or small would help significantly!
