The new girl from Overwatch 2. I'm not familiar with the character, but this is a commissioned project. I worked on Mei before, and I think this one is a little better. Still a lot to fix and change to adapt to HS2. Overall I'm still not enthusiastic working on Overwatch characters.
Just recently GDC made the outfit (which existed long before this project started) free to public so you can download it from GDC's Patreon post. But since my head mod pack already contained the hair and accessory, you only need the outfit parts below the neck to complete the look.
