It's another collaboration with Getdowncrazy for the outfit so get it here and support the creator, and check there for full body preview of the outfit as well. You can still have the head without the outfit as always but I think it complete the look.
Juri has relatively more normal makeup setup than Chun-Li but the hair is more tricky. Check out the release page on how to color it properly, or to fix it if your HS2 doesn't load the color properly (as it is plugin dependent method).
