Lianshi, Sun Quan's wife. Her character trait is basically a faithful wife and motherly figure, which Koei decided to translate to her character design by making certain proportion exaggerated. Maybe not to the point I did with her in HS2 as you can see but hey, that's the thing you can do in HS2.
Third picture has alternate hair style as bonus for patrons. I will explain more in separate post about that to avoid confusion.
