I like Lucia as character even though I'm not super well-versed in Street Fighter or Final Fight lore. And since I like both of her new and classic hair I just ported both of them at once for this release. Also because the classic costume model has intact head so that's what I actually use for head mesh. Her police cap is included as separate accessory, was thinking to do the same for her sunglasses but then there are already plenty of them in HS2. I'm using chw's mod for this preview but you can use anything you have.

This is the first SF mod I made with Next-Gen shader pack included, the preview image above doesn't use it but you can see below and I'm pleased that it worked nicely even in stylized look of Street Fighter character design.
