Not until they massively update the models in next Soul Calibur anyway. I can't make two-toned hair material to work, but you can adjust the hue of green part of the hair.
Requirements: Wide Slider, MoreSlotID, Party DLC
Notes:
1. Eye shadow and other make-up are adjustable
2. Includes colorable face paint as face tattoo
3. Preview is made with 4K patch and few other plugins (but not LRE/IBL). Result may vary depending on your HS setup. Also the head is made and tested with HS default body skin. Custom body skin may introduce some texture issue like neck seam.
