This is a commission. Not much to say other than that spiky-thing on her hair is kinda tricky to get right, as it consists of two parts with very different material property. Plus it's not removable because the hair would be hollow then. I think that part is the highlight of her look though, because nothing says little tyrant than cute fluffy hairband with metal spikes.

Requirements: Wide Slider, MoreSlotID, Party DLC

Notes:

1. Hair ornament is not removable, the fluffy part is colorable but not the spikes

2. Eye shadow and other make-up are adjustable

3. Preview is made with 4K patch and few other plugins (but not LRE/IBL). Result may vary depending on your HS setup. Also the head is made and tested with HS default body skin. Custom body skin may introduce some texture issue like neck seam.
