I love the covers members do, especially JK. Another interesting facet is the actual music production aspect. I think all the BTS members understand the production. HYBE/BigHit has their own producers who are amazing. But BTS also do their own production as well as working with other music producers. I highly recommend watching the DJ Swivel video about his mixing and production of JK’s song Euphoria. There’s a reason all of BTS hits sound so rich, they mix their music with so much detail and like to work with others who have a similar approach. 2023-01-14 21:51:40 +0000 UTCI think the song "I know" was actually a pre-debut cover that they did. From before 2013. If anyone knows otherwise, feel free to correct me. They're voices are so young here. They actually did perform this song once live for a fanmeeting in Japan. I think it was the same one where Jimin and Suga performed "Tony Montana". The CD with all the demos. During a VLive in June, JK was singing and someone requested this song. He actually sang part of it for us. 2023-01-12 02:06:03 +0000 UTCI love RM & JK’s voices together. Jungkook has talked before about how he can normally pick up on how people use their voice & replicate it. It’s why he’s so good at imitating people. I think his ears are why, the perfect pitch you mentioned. If you listen to some of his earlier covers of other artists he can make himself sound almost identical to them. Even when he has covered for RM or Suga’s rap parts in the past his tone sounds more like them than himself. I feel like as he’s gotten older he makes covers his own now but it has always been completely fascinating to me how much he can do with his voice.
