Thank you, John! So nice that you got your Mom into BTS and have her into the BTS fandom. 🥰💜

Well, look at you being an ARMY recruiter... 😂 I'm so proud of you and very happy to induct Mom into the fandom. 💜😎👍💜

Black Swan is ALWAYS on my playlist. Whatever mood I might be in, this song is always just perfect. I am a Dynamite era ARMY and I discovered black swan pretty early in my journey when I wanted to know what was the deal with these boys that I saw everywhere signing and dancing this happy song. I was seriously not expecting them to be this intense when the next thing I watched was Mic Drop, then black swan 😅 Even before diving into the lyrics of black swan I fell in love with the beat and the visuals in the MV. The lyrics were like the cherry on top, what a masterpiece! I will admit that my initial impulse to go down the BTS rabbit hole after seeing Dynamite was the good looks and voice of a certain Kim Taehyung 😅 I just wanted to know his name and here I am now, being a fan of all 7 of them (still with a solid V biais 👀)

I love watching them on these late night talk shows. The interviews, performances and skits have really helped me get to know them and their different personalities. I love every time I see Black Swan. The set design and costumes for this one are really beautiful. I think when your mom asked for English lyrics she got hooked. No question she’s ARMY now. How cool is that. Three generations now with you and your daughters. 😁🤗💜💜🙏🇨🇦

The FortNite dance is hysterical. You will love it.

Yep, the first. And now I watch a few hours a day, even though I still do a lot of free lance editing work at age 74. Luckily for me, my work is online, so I can do both at once. Isn't it fascinating that we come to BTS from such different musical backgrounds and different generations? A testament to Namjoon's constant reminder to us all that music is universal. Now I just hope to still be alive when they come back!

Stacinator67 sent you the link for the rest. My fav is J Hope with the coat caught in the car door. He kills that. They are amazing on every appearance of any show. The addiction is real! Been ARMY since 2014 and can’t get enough. Next couple years going to be rough but I will wait for them forever!!

I love this so much! Thank you for sharing your story with me! Is this the first BTS thing you saw?

This performance of “Black Swan” is why I’m here with you tonight. Normally, I only watch the opening monologues of the late-night US talk shows (I live in Washington State and need the political satire); hardly ever check out the music guests. But on that late September 2020 evening, I ended up watching that Jimmy Fallon show BTS performance (“Black Swan”) and was amazed at the creativity and skill of the choreography, dancing, lyrics, and vocals. The substance of the lyrics, a dark fear of losing one’s passion for your art, contrasted with determination to survive, obviated simplistic analysis. And I experienced an initial reaction like so many others: who the H are these people. So I looked them up. I come from a music family; my dad was a jazz musician who became a music teacher. I was a classical musician in my youth; never got in to rock-n-roll in high school (or college in the late 1960s) nor any form of rap or pop music. Certainly what I experienced that night in September was way beyond anything I’d ever imagined a pop/rock/rap group could create. It was performance art and opened me up to new experiences in the arts, to recognizing that rap can be spoken word poetry. I’ve been devoted to modern/contemporary dance for decades; I know outstanding dance when I see it. After watching this performance, I looked up the “Black Swan” MV and other pieces of theirs, and then more and more and more. Before I had even read a reference to going down the BTS rabbit hole, I knew what was happening to me. I hadn’t been listening to music for months due to pandemic depression and desperately missed live dance and theater. So here I am, more than 2 years later listening to you and your story—reaching out across generations.

YES!!!!!!! thank you so much for the links! I was looking for a Will It Fit skit! I'll post these throughout the night 4 and night 5 videos!

Here is the link for the entire Dance Your Feelings: https://youtu.be/9wpav-IDNy8. You heard them mention it at the end of the first Olympic challenge. They went to a deli in NY which is also hilarious. They served food to customers. On Fallon they did a FortNite challenge, a Will It Fit challenge, and an interview about their past. They also did a skit on Stephen Colbert that is so funny. I will put the links for you.
