For real Katie!!!! I love the way he sings that part! has such grit to it and I love it! Jimin is 100% a bias wrecker for me lol hes so talented and I relate to how hard he is on himself, he's a gem of a person!

Also can we just talk about Jimin's voice in this please, he sounds like an angel when he hits those high notes but OMG is it just me or when he sings 'you can't stop me loving myself' it just hits different and I LOVE it (can you tell I'm Jimin bias haha)

And I'd love to see John's reaction to it. It'll blow his mind like it did ours. Just watching Jimin alone makes me exhausted. Running round with his jacket half off + a kick higher than the moon + Idols iconic live Remix = absolute insanity 🔥

I love all the performances because each time their is a little change, something special so no song ever gets old for me. It’s nice to hear that your friends aren’t freaking out at you now when you talk about BTS and not giving you all the flack like in the beginning. Get them to sub to your channel and they can see what they’re missing. 🤗💜🇨🇦

2022-10-19 06:02:49 +0000 UTCI also still haven't watched the 2022 Festa dinner. I got into BTS around the end of December 2021 and I just didn't feel like that dinner was for me. I'm still ambivalent about the military announcement. I know that the guys have immense cultural pride and that they have always said that they would be doing their military duty. I trust that they will come back in 2025. If anything, this gives me two years to catch up on almost ten years of media and music! There is so much content from them that I still haven't seen all of their music videos still! I've got a ton of RunBTS episodes to watch, I have Bangtan Bombs to watch...I'm gonna be busy while the boys are away!

But BTS themselves will say that their music has changed along with them. From boys, to men. They still Rap. They still do hip hop. Just not the same way they did as teenagers)

2022-10-19 04:44:40 +0000 UTCYeah to be honest I think the place many who would down Dynamite or Butter or PTD are coming from is just not knowing or assuming things, thats how I was, but honestly even while filming this reaction I was like I genuinely LOVE this song! its such a feel good song and it was what we needed WHEN we needed it! I think some more RapLine fans would automatically not like this because they think its more Pop but its An amazing song and I feel a way every time I hear it so I wish everyone would give it a chance

I guess people just love to hate the successful. Even if they released a full English album, it would still be amazing. Dynamite, Butter, and PTD were bops that, as you said, did what they needed to do during the pandemic. Those songs helped get me down the BTS rabbit hole!

2022-10-19 04:32:53 +0000 UTCTara 100% I know what you mean, I didnt watch the 2022 dinner they did because I didnt feel like as a new fan I had that relationship with them to really feel sad from that news... this is my first real feeling of heartbreak being a fan of theirs and I have so many thoughts on it, I just want you to know that even though it is a crazy time and maybe a little silly for us to be sad about, we're all in this together and I feel blessed to have ARMY to feel these things with too :)

I have to say, I’m struggling this week with the news of their enlistment and glad my therapist is also a fan (whcih is a hilarious synchronicity since I chose him for the fact he doesn’t live in my area - as a psychologist myself, it’s always weird to run into clients and your own therapist in town - the fact he’s a fan was so utterly strange and also wonderful). Your reaction is an absolute balm to my soul. These videos remind me so much of the brightness they brought during the Pandmic and watching someone else loving on them just makes me smile. So, thank you. It’s a silly thing to be sad about, and Im also relieved we know now, but it’s good not to be alone with it.

Every single song, every single genre, every single era, is representative of BTS. These songs came at a time where the whole world needed something to lift them up. And that’s what the purpose was in these songs. They weren’t planned. But BTS did what they needed to do in the Covid circumstances. I am offended when I hear people say that their English songs are not as good as their Korean songs. And you hear so often that they never should have made English songs. But I don’t know why English songs are a copout, and Japanese songs aren’t. I love them all, and I think they should all get their due. Even if a particular song is not something you would normally listen to, it’s still BTS, and it’s still their hard work. (Can you tell this is a sore spot for me!! Haha) Hopefully I won’t offend anyone with my opinion!! Thanks again for a genuine and fun reaction!! 💜💜💜
