Steps for the Coffee. "Accept the Date, Roses seriously?" Once the date is over and he visits just click "..." Once TK gives you the food just click "Er Thanks I guess". When Don talks to you about Lucy click "Please Don't". When you wake up "It must been a nightmare" Don ask you about the Boxes "Great will do" This leads to YB giving you the Coffee, if you do "..." You toss it at him. The part of YB giving us the Key mostly happens if you click on the door where Rats cage is first, ether abuse or friend route it seems. That's when he 'jump scares' you then comments about being a bad roommate and gives you the Key to leave. You won't get far for long.

Fortunately, I haven't run into that problem. One of the playthroughs did end up not having an ending, though, so I was stuck just roaming around the house forever. I had no choice, but to 'x' out of the game.
