I just became a Patreon member after I heard about this game. I have a mac and downloaded the game. I am able to open it without issue, however it is extremely slow and constantly freezes for me. Not sure if it's just my computer or if anyone else has had similar feedback.

Hello! So since is the link to the Day 1 demo, there isn't a password. The link for Day 1-3 (beta) requires a password (which is HelloDarling). In addition to the password, your email will be required to enter the game. It's manually added to the database, so it may take around 7 days for you to gain access. :3

not to sound rude but i do not like the new voice actor for peter and thats cause yes i have an addiction to the old voice actor and on another not the lines are changed but when he says the lines he says it different from whats there which doesnt add up to the game this is just me being biased of course and im sure its still a work in progress but if the voice actors gonna stay please try and make the voice lines fit whats in the game so there isnt that confusion

It's been a while since I've heard the old voice but the new voice seemed deeper? Instantly I was like "That's not how he sounds!!!" >:( But that feeling went away after a short while. I think a lot of the initial reluctance to the new voice is just how familiar we were with the old one. Also, it's a shame there's only a few lines that are actually voiced in the new demo. We don't have enough to really get a feel for their delivery yet. Also, in the "can I have the pleasure of taking you out to dinner" line, the voice didn't match what the text said.

Unpopular opinion, I don't like this new voice for Peter. The voice actor does have good range and they deliver lines good. BUT, I think I have a personal bias towards the old voice, and maybe TO ME, I'll have to get used to their voice for Peter. It was kind of jarring that the lines were different from what the texts says, and there were some lines that weren't voiced in this version, unlike the original demo. I also think they kind of changed the direction of the voice. Like, when Peter says "Woah! Hey it's just me!" I feel like the line wasn't that great. It's not how I would have imagined it to sound like. Again, I'm sorry if I'm being too harsh on the new voice actor for YB. As I said before I have a bias, so I really have to get used to this new voice/pitch for YB.

I think the two teasers for the new VA were on point. It gave Peter a new energy, which was nice. The opening lines in the demo though … sounded like a completely different person. This isn't to bash the new VA at all. Personally, I like both the old VA and the new one – at least what I’ve heard from him in the teasers. It just sounds like the new one doesn’t understand the character well yet. I’m still rooting for him though because he has potential. As others have mentioned, he sounds like Peter’s taking the “nice guy” approach to get you to trust him. It’s canon that Peter's not putting on an act because he genuinely loves the player and believes you love him back. (“Isn’t that why you’re here?”) What I personally liked about the old VA is that he had a way of speaking hesitantly at times, like a code trying to follow the script and patterns perfectly in hopes of getting a happy ending with the player. It isn’t until he tries to break through the game to warn the player that he sounds more sure of himself and what he’s saying. Which is what drew me to the character in the first place. But again, I think it will take the new VA time to really get into character.

1) Peter disappears when naming him. 2) I think there should be audio controls at some point. Maybe it's just me, but it sounded like his voice was lower than the game audio. 3) I'm guessing not all lines were voiced for a reason but I hope for more voice acting 4) I'm not going to compare this VA to the last bc I feel that would'nt be very constructive but I don't feel the new voice fits Peter very well.

I wanted to try to like the new VA- but I just don’t think he fits. Most of the lines can’t be heard at all or aren’t spoken correctly, cutting off or being shortened that doesn’t even match the script. The VA has talent, but I don’t think that they’re suited for Peter.

I think he needs a bit more practice and a little more confidence in himself! he sounds like a sweeter version of Peter and has a lower voice than before so I wonder what will happen with other scenes later on in the game. This is also another demo version of day one so this could be a teaser for us to show us how he started and when the game is fully developed, we are probably going to hear a better version and a more confident one.

I like this voice its a sweeter version than what we had before. He does sound a little shaky in the beginning like he was trying to get into character and he messed up on one of the lines. I'm guessing he was improving or that there was a script change? idk, however near the end he sounded better, like he finally got the hang of it. Though he also sounded like he was a little confused or a bit off. There are also some points where we used to have a voice that are now no longer voice acted. like the "Hey there stranger" line.

Give the Voice Actor a break! :) The first lines are kind of Shaky, but they get better. More Relaxed. I loved the Holiday youtube Voice Sneak Peak. That was everything! :D It's just a Demo. Just do this. Record yourself saying some lines, and play them back. It's not THAT easy to sound good you know. :)

1. No key needed on Windows, game works fine without it so we have security problems. 2. I'm sorry to say this for the VA's sake, but they're not equipped for this job. Line's aren't delivered correctly, their audio quality is extremely bad and gets muffled under the music half the time. I seriously wish we could have the original VA back because they were suited for the position. 3. Having an option to turn the VA off in options would be good in the next build if possible.

Some of the voice acted lines go off script (or off from what the dialogue box reads). Will the dialogue box be changed to match the spoken lines? Or are you going to have our new VA redo the lines to match the dialogue box? (I don't mind either way, I just know it would bug people).

They already had the beta version of the game to come out. It's on the post that was made on October 16th and the title of the post is "BEHOLD! Another link. (link fixed)." This is the version I have on my computer and day1 through day3 works for me. Also this version has the old voice actor. They are going to make another updated version that will include the new voice actor and day 4. I don't think they are releasing a new link until day 4 is complete. I hope this was clear.

Y'all made his voice deeper 😆..lol. oh boi. But he only seems to say some lines, majority of the time he doesn't speak, just like everyone else. I don't know if this is intentional and how the game works. Or are they literally supposed to say everything in the script.
