Just because you think one person is a liar does not mean you believe every person who accuses another of a crime is a liar. The screenshots they provided prove nothing. And Fuboo etc. are doing the right thing by not engaging and not reacting, this is what you are supposed to do when accused of a crime. Anything you do or say will be used against you. I heard that the trial was closed for lack of evidence, so you should be able to show us evidence presented at the trial, but I have also read from you guys that the trial was not held, so one of the two parties is lying, but there are no photographs of physical documents that prove who is telling the truth, the same with respect to the protection orders that both sides say were carried out It would be good if you also clarify things with documents if that is already legally possible, if it is not really so, I'm still waiting. I'll keep neutral because I have my own reasons to be skeptical respect both sides

The story from their side has changed since the first accusations tbh, so I tend not to believe it. I am a victim of rape, kidnapping, and torture but my story never once has changed. And it's people who cry wolf is part of the reason why those of us who have experienced it are not believed even with receipts to back it up because things like texts or emails can be easily faked, which I found out through my ex best friend who after knowing I was raped made up a story similar to mine that changed everytime someone else listened to it, but had made up some fake texts to 'prove' it which only matched the most recent version of hers. With Covid and the legal system being backed up, it will take time. I see it this way: the villains are the most intriguing characters because they force us to look outside what is not only socially acceptable, but the darkness within us which we are told to conceal. I'm not saying we all have this type of evil within us, but we all as humans have a dark side we hide...sometimes it comes out at the worst times(look at the Karens for example). Some of us are intrigued by serial killers and psychopaths not because we like the idea of murder, rape or torture; but because we can't understand it. We all have an angel and a devil. We are told to show the angel all the time,, which is good, however these evil people remind us we humans have a devil that we locked away...and when ignored, some of us snap, but I'm not saying we are all capable of committing such evil, nor should we normalize accepting real crimes committed by a person. People often buy books or look into documentaries of people who have committed such evil crimes, so I don't think you should feel bad about liking Peter or this story. You can feel sympathy for the victim, hate the creator while simultaneously being a fan of the story and character. It doesn't make you sick or bad. It's really up to you.

So um damn okay I just finished reading the 36pg doc..... here is what I will say as a bystander that feels like I've been thrown into all this one they lied their age for a website/page with NSFW content meant for adults (that's sounds familiar as in we have warnings about that all over this page, twitter, and tumbler) sure they admited later but idk why they were still on that page later on along with two other minors as they have claimed and shown messeges between one. There wasnt a relationship though or anything much other than NSFW rp so pedophile accusation is already wrong. Two even more so on how it's wrong because they were the ones who flirted first after they were 18. Sure only two months after as shown with the dates but they are also the ones who confessed and flirted first as shown in the post and screenshots. Three they went through a polyamorous relationship which then turned into something just between Fuboos husband and the victim. That is also not a crime even though yes that's a huge age gap we have had many marriage cases in the world today where a lovely young gun marries an elderly person out of love or for money and it be considered legal. So the age thing doesnt matter really since they were above the legal age of that time, confessed and gave consent. The victim even straight out says they talked a lot about it even before sex and made sure they knew what they were getting into. They even mention that they were not living together at first and when they visited eachother they were straight up spoiled and let me just say this as a hardworking employee of a company that makes me travel everywhere around the world and unable to go home that is a normal reaction. My partner has done the very same thing of taking me out to lavish dinners, or going shopping, staying at a hotel with me and having sex. THAT IS NOT PEDOPHILE BEHAVIOR AND THAT IS NOT BRIBING OR GROOMING MIND YOU THAT IS SPECIAL TREATMENT FOR A SPEACIAL PARTNER IN YOUR LIFE. And in polyamorous relationships it is a very common thing to do. This is where things get intense. 5 the victim explains the situation and ordeal that is more all about fuboos husband and them and what their relationship was like. Which was not great in any means and involved rape, childish tantrums, guilt tripping and major gaslighting. However fuboo is not really mentioned in this area really at all even though most of the accusations are thrown at fuboo themself. Now yes the accusations are also thrown at her husband but at this point only her husband is really mentioned along with screenshots just between them. Fuboo is pretty much just on the side and is mentioned being with their brother there is another post on that I have heard about but I havent seen it. However it's going out for an evening and nothing said anymore on that. The next time Fuboo was mentioned is allegedly (they even admit they dont have proof of this) saying that she is fantasizing about sleeping with her children. This was so out of the blue that didnt make sense at all. They even mentioned that they thought as a realization from talking with their therapist after the fact that they left the relationship, moved back with their mom, and was doing fine on their own afterwards. THERE IS NO EVIDENCE TO THE CHILDGROOMING AND THEY ADMITTED TO THAT!!!! THEY ONLY SAID THEY HEARD FROM FUBOO WHICH DOESNT MAKE ANY SENSE AT ALL!!!!!! That is end of the whole ordeal. THEY THEN TALK ABOUT THE WITNESS STATEMENTS!!!!! DO YOU HOW DUMB IT IS TO POST YOUR WITNESS STATEMENT ONLINE? EXTREMLY!!!! AND THEY DONT HAVE ONE BUT TWO WITNESS STATEMENTS POSTED ONLINE WHICH THEY SHOULD HAVE NEVER DONE IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!!! Why do I say this because those are items used in accordance of court and law. If they are posted online before the court date it is now known as tainted evidence and cannot nor will not be used in mandatory court of law proceeding to the whole thing being dropped most likely and not talked about again. Okay, so the game's great, right? We all agree, keep minors away blah blah blah. However to the people in the comments that are calling it false accusations... it's kinda hard to believe, I'm still unsure -what- to believe, as much I enjoy this game and fandom, I can't ignore stuff like this. I did some research and I found the doc everyone is talking about, we can't or at least shouldn't ignore the fact that the person in question has evidence to back up their accusations. Idk y'all

I just hate that the game is losing support over this. People can be upset about the creator and still love the game/content. They did it so easily with Scott cawthon, why should it be different I'm any other case?

Honestly, everything she claims she literally says happened after she turned 18 anyway, grooming is a term used for children not legal adults. She outright tells everyone that "sexual flirting" happened after her 18th birthday and she never met them until then either. Idk why she thinks thats grooming? Especially when she openly says she talked to them first and in one post said she flirted first? Her posts don't always match up, unless people are changing her story as it spreads around the internet.

It was a stupid allegation a false allocation against our lovely creator of YB it's the same with every fandom there isn't a person in this world that doesn't want to start some shit and take the opportunity when they see it. It was a disgusting way for someone to get attention and I'm glad it died out as it should whoever believes that crap are his naive as the person who said it.

For people asking what happened- there have been a lot of allegations against Fuboo for grooming a child and basing Sarah off of this “victim” although from what I’ve seen there isn’t a lot of concrete proof? The messages and stuff can be found circulating around Twitter.

Legally, the more said on a public platform, the more likely the case will be thrown/dismissed/etc as it will be considered tainted evidence as well as jury of the public. To get a full scope here will not be easy. That’s why legally you are only allowed to post so much, otherwise you will jeopardise your own case. In all honestly, I’m inclined to believe both sides are guilty and in the wrong in key areas. With that being said: 1) I support the game, Tis why I’m here! 2) I won’t be commenting further on opinions, etc, out of respect for ALL involved. It’s unlikely any of us will get the full truth. We can make our own judgements, however I’m just here for a fun spooky game that’s stress free ;; With that being said, I wish all the best legally and hope things reach a proper settlement. Truly, I wish no ill will though from what I’ve seen, I am sadden by both sides. I just hope the courts will do the right thing 🥺 Regardless, wishing the best for the game and should the court favour Fuboo, then all I can say is sorry that these things are being said as these aren’t things to throw about lightly (don’t get it twisted folks, I’m not choosing a side - nor do I think it’s appropriate or within my rights to do so).
