Make sure to keep in mind the password and email ARE case sensitive.

Double check you're entering the email you have registered with Patreon. We get the list from Patreon to upload, so if you accidently use an alternate email, you won't get access.
We have just learned that it can take some time before Patreon lists the email in our system, so while we upload new member information every other day (give or take if there's a holiday), we may not have been granted your email yet. If you've been in limbo longer than a week, contact us. We may ask again if you've checked on the above things, but we will get you on a list to enter manually. We don't know WHY some people are being left off the list we upload, but let's start getting people in while we figure it out.

We download the entire email list from Patreon and upload it into our system. The main glitch is the variable of how long it takes for Patreon to list your email with us. It can take just a few days or a whole week. You don't need to send us your email, we can pull it from the list. If you are still denied access after waiting a week, message us. We'll start the process for a manual add. If you're new, we need you to wait. If you've been out for weeks or months, please contact us. We do want to get everyone access!
