Do you like the feeling of being mindless?

If you spend a lot of the day in a state of focus, effort, or just working hard at something that is mentally demanding, being mindless can be a way to re-balance.
For people who are prone to overthinking, being mindless is also a way out of overthinking.
There is no need to analyze why you are wetting your pants, or why you like it.
There is no need to be aware of what you're doing or have a reaction to it.
All you have to do is accept the mindless state and whatever happens, happens.
How do you feel about being mindless? Is this something you enjoy? Or do you prefer being completely aware of what is happening as you wet yourself?

For me my brain is very much about knowing what’s happening and the accident has to be accompany by like “uh oh poohhh oh nooooo” type words every time because as a toddler am doing my best to make it to toilet but don’t always. Or even often. Recently had the develop that my body leaks now without my control over time rewuire pull-ups 24/7 and this is my true state. So being aware of all that makes me proud even tho say oh noooo because my pride is in being where belong, in my pull ups doing my best and trying to be a big girl and make it to the toilet even tho it isn’t possible usually.

I always had the problem of being plagued by a lot of thoughts before falling asleep, but since I got my little "Bubbles" I fall asleep quickly without any thoughts. Using the diaper is possible, but still only consciously, although much easier, thanks to your many hypnosis Mommy V.
