Wetting Instructions

I want you to get into a mental space where you are tense, and just as something scary happens, you wet your pants. Maybe you should put on a diaper beforehand!
Start watching the movie... and remember that the more you watch, the fuller your bladder gets. At any moment in the movie, if it gets suddenly scary or if something jumps out at you, go ahead and wet your pants. In the moment that something scary happens, it will be so easy to just let go and pee yourself.
You will get the full experience of wetting yourself out of fear!
