If it's been a while since you've wet your pants, select "not for some time". If you selected this option, I recommend you stop what you're doing, repeat to yourself "I am a pants wetter, I can't control my bladder" and start wetting your pants now. That should fix the dry pants spell!

What's the trick to pee in your diaper at night while you sleep? My bladder seems to hold itself until I awake in the morning and all my urine comes out when I get up out of bed. It really makes my bladder hurt with the rush of urine. Someone tell me what I can try, please.
