Have you heard of the singer, Melanie Martinez? Her music videos often has some ABDL themes. She has said before that she herself is not an adult baby, but her music videos seem to always take place in an ABDL/age regressed alternate universe. You might enjoy this movie!
It's not totally ABDL, it's kind of a mix of school drama and a surreal fantasy, but everyone is dressed in very babyish clothing. It seems a bit like an age playing fantasy.
