Over the last 6 months, I’ve found myself pouring more energy, time, and love into this Patreon than ever before. Not because I had to—but because I wanted to. Because you make this space feel like home and I love to interact with you.

In 2024, I shared 27 posts with you. This year? We’re already past 40—and the year still has 3.5 months to go. I’ve also massively expanded what I offer. More tools, more tutorials, more behind-the-scenes insights… just more of everything.

This change is simply a reflection of the growing time and resources I invest into every piece of content I create for this community.

But what you might not see behind the scenes is how much time some of this work actually takes.
For example:

• A One-Click Installer takes me around 10–15 hours to make. I test it again and again, add fallback mechanisms, logging, and during all that time, my PC is tied up and I can’t do anything else.

• The LoRA Training Video? That was about 60 hours of work—from scripting, testing, and recording, to cutting, rendering, uploading, and writing companion material.

This isn’t a complaint—it’s a privilege to create these things for you. But it also means I had to take a hard look at sustainability.

That’s why I’ve decided to adjust my tier prices starting September 21st, 2025 — but only for new members joining after that date.
