Fix Invoke AI On NVIDIA 50 Series In Minutes!

Hey there, Friends! 🚀
Ready to get Invoke AI rolling on a Blackwell GPU? Below are all the commands and links I used in my latest video. Let’s roll! 🎬

https://youtu.be/jUCUWe3KT4w

🎯 1. Check Your CUDA Toolkit

Make sure you’ve got NVIDIA’s CUDA installed and up-to-date:

nvcc –version

📦 2. Meet UV Package Manager

A lightning-fast, modern package manager for your Python workflows. Check Version:

uv –version

🚀 3. Install UV

Pick your poison—pip or PowerShell. Your call
pip install uv

or, if you’re on Windows PowerShell:

powershell -ExecutionPolicy ByPass -c "irm https://astral.sh/uv/install.ps1 | iex"

🐍 4. Activate Your Virtual Environment

Keep things spick-and-span by isolating your project dependencies:

Activate Virtual Environment:

.\.venv\Scripts\activate

🔥 5. Get Torch (CUDA 12.8 Pre-Release)

We’re going bleeding-edge with nightly builds—strap in!

uv pip install --pre torch torchvision torchaudio --index-url https://download.pytorch.org/whl/nightly/cu128 --no-deps --force-reinstall

Happy creating, and see you in the next video! 🖥️💥
