This is a ecchi/adult manga by RAN, who is best known as the creator of Seikoku no Ryuu Kishi which got a half-decent ecchi anime adaptation with nipples several years ago. Generally though, he(?) tends to avoid nipples in his manga, but there are a decent amount of them here, plus a lot of X-rated situations.
