I saw on the last Rundown you were looking for spooky suggestions this October, and I know you probably want more variety, however it would be an absolute shame if you guys missed the premiere of DanDaDan! It is a supernatural anime made by a former assistant of Tatsuki Fujimoto's so if you liked Chainsaw Man you'll like this, although DanDaDan leans more into lighthearted comedy at times it still hits with some real and genuinely heartbreaking story moments. it will be animated by Science Saru and already looks gorgeous from the trailers, so I hoping you check this one out.

Also Chozen trying to break the log is a reference to Sato doing the same in Karate Kid 2. Here Daniel is trying to change his mind where in KK2 Miyagi was trying to change Sato's mind. ALSO, Stingray saying: Class we have a visitor is a throwback to Kreese saying it when Miyagi and Daniel came in in KK1.
