Chapter 4 Jaune Arc the fast learner

At Beacon Academy Main Avenue.

Jaune had now arrived at the main avenue with the middle aged man.

While flying they introduced themselves to each other.

Jaune introduced himself as Jaune with no last name. He needed to abandon his last name because to them he was already dead.

As for the middle aged man he introduced himself as Qrow Branwen. A veteran huntsman.

The middle aged man gave him stingy eyes but said nothing. It was true that with this way of traveling it saved them so much time rather than boarding the bullhead.

Qrow thought that Jaune had a semblance that could make him fly into the sky which wasn’t unheard of. So he didn’t feel suspicious about him in any way. plus with his way of fighting. He thought that Jaune must come here to apply to be a student at beacon.

“Now we are at Beacon main avenue. follow me, we will go to the headmaster's office.”

While he said that he used his sword to reflect an attack from some robot. They were called AK-200s. They were robots from Atlas. They were supposed to be security guards but now they turned against humans and faunus that weren't members of white fang.

Jaune when he saw the androids attacked Qrow. He immediately reacted. He stabbed all the robots with lightning speed. The spear broke through their defense like they were made from plastic.

The robots that Jaune had stabbed all then exploded. Qrow whistled to Jaune and clapped his hand for his display of speed and precision.

“You’re getting better compared to when you fought in the city. And it was only a few minutes ago. Are you a genius at using a spear?”

Qrow knew damn well that. He was just a beginner a few minutes ago but now he has become decent at using a spear all of the sudden.

Qrow didn’t know but Jaune had bought some knowledge about spear with copper coin. He now has knowledge of mortal spearmen with ten years of experience.

It wasn’t that good because it could not be used with profound energy but he can use it as reference then improve it by himself.

“Maybe I am…”

Jaune was still shy when talking to strangers. but he was more confident than before. He can back up his confidence and knows when he should stop.

Overconfident could get himself killed after all.

And when the two finished all the AK-200s they heard someone calling them.

“Help us please!”

Jaune and Qrow looked at where the voice came from and then they saw two girls running towards them with AK-200s and many members of white fang.

Qrow saw that and wanted to tell Jaune about his plan. He was a veteran and of course he had a plan in this kind of situation. but before he could tell Jaune about his plan.

Jaune was already on the move. His movement now is very smooth, unlike before, when it was so sluggish.

He stabbed and thrust. Smacked and whacked. His movement was so beautiful that the two girls had to look at him. and with his high point in charm. Their jaws dropped when they saw him perform a battle like dancing.

“So elegant…”

The girl with white hair saw him move like that and couldn't help but speak up.

“Yet very dangerous…”

The black hair girl with the opposite personality of her also speaks up too but with different opinions.

“Are you two alright?”

Jaune finished destroying some AK-200s. and beat up some white fang members. He didn’t kill them because they weren’t as bad as the tiger faunus who would kill every single human they saw.

“We are alright, what about you?”

The white hair girl spoke with such speed that even Jaune was surprised. He remembered her to be someone who was so arrogant because of her upbringing.

Her name is Weiss Schnee. and then he looked at the black hair woman who looked at him with weary eyes. Her nose twitched a little. He remembered her name to be Blake Belladonna.

The two should be whom he could not get along with if he were to pass the initiation. Sadly he died before he could test if his confidence was enough to ask one of them out. The most difficult task he set himself when he still didn’t die because of the tree.

The battle raged on between Huntsman and Huntsman in training with White fang and Grimm. The two sides weren't evenly matched, the former was at disadvantage.

“We can’t hold them much longer. We need a heavy hitter!”

A rabbit faunus spoke to her team, her name is Velvet Valentine.

“On it! Don’t worry I have enough dust!”

Her teammate who was wearing fashionable clothes and a barrett hat replied while she gunned down Grimm with her minigun. Her name is Coco Adel.

The two fought tooth and nail with the grimm and white fang.

They were about to be run over by grimm soon. and that when everything happened.

“Mizuno Kokyu Ni No Kata: Mizu Guruma!”

(Water Breathing Second Form: Water Wheel)

A blond-haired young man with a very handsome face appeared out of nowhere before doing a triple flip in mid air. Then he swung his spear at full length. It vibrates then sends out a stream of water blades to cut through all the grimm and even white fang in half like a water wheel.

With just one swing he killed more than a third of grimm and white fang!

“Wow! who’s that!”

Coco couldn’t help but be mesmerized by how good looking the young man was and the way he destroyed Grimm made her heart beating fast.

Velvet, who was near her, didn't think the same as her. To her the young man was even scarier than the alpha grimm!

After the young man showed his prowess. There were three people who went after him.

“Too much. Wasn't he just being decent at swinging that stick? But why is he so good at it now? No it isn’t just that. How in the hell could he send out water blades out of his spear!”

Qrow complained but he didn't even mean anything. He just wanted to let out his emotions. Glinda and him talked to each other that he shouldn’t be able to fight an experienced huntsman or white fang. but if it was him now. He will bet that he could beat the sh*t out of almost everyone except him and someone like Glinda of course there is still a wide gap between them in experience.

And the water blade. Is that magic? This was Qrow thought but he didn’t voice out. He will talk about this with Ozpin later.

As for the two people behind him. Blake and Weiss. The two just watch Jaune kill Grimm and white fang with their eyes wide open.

They knew that Jaune was good at spear but not to this extent.

Jaune then finished off all the grimm and white fang so that they couldn’t be a threat any further.

Jaune now felt very good. Not because he could kill grimm and beat white fang or kill some accidentally.

Fortunately, the potion he bought from Harry Potter World was still in effect. He didn’t feel much killing those men. He thought that if he didn’t stop them now. They would cause problems for innocent people.

“That’s all the grimm and white fang… I got a lot of copper coins and even silver coins.”

Jaune, during the battle on the beacon's main avenue, accumulated a lot of coins. He then bought many things that helped him get stronger faster. So he could help many people in need.

With the Exp x2 potion he could only use one in each world. He thought that it would be x8. but it wasn’t like that it was x2 x2 x2 x2. Now he was at x16 speed of learning!

He was learning faster and getting stronger as time passed. He had even broken through the 3rd level of Elementary Profound Realm too!

After finishing all of the grimm and white fang he went back to Qrow and everyone. They now looked at him in both amazement and annoyance. There was even fear in there as well.

He didn’t know why Blake and Velvet seemed to fear him for no reason. He didn’t do something wrong to them right?
