New ost "Treachery" played as Nnoitra released his Zanpakuto π₯ Treachery is also Aizen's theme. What I love so much about this fight is the grittiness, great back and forth and it never lets up on the action. Kenpachi's Kendo technique is too badass

So Santa Teresa, his Release name, is basically a slang term for el mantis religiosa, or the praying mantis in English. His fight with Kenpachi was rated as the 10th best fight in its first best bout poll and then unfortunately fell down to 14th in its second. Personally I think it should have broken into the top ten but que sera sera. For censorship there actually isn't much involving him despite his fight's heavy wounds and damage, most of it is just there being a little less blood and so on. However there is a big censorship right before his death. Kenpachi's two handed sword swing destroys him in the manga, with his left half mangled and him grabbing his shoulder basically being so it doesn't fall off. In the anime it just looks a little bruised and has a large gash. Lastly his theme song, Megalomaniac by Incubus. It's an interesting song and there is one lyric that 100% feels like its what inspired Tite Kubo to think of Nnoitora. "If I met you in a scissor fight I'd cut off both your wings on principle alone" Can't wait for the next Bleach episode drops. I have some fun trivia about the run of episodes starting with 206.
