2023-12-29 06:48:44 +0000 UTCI forgot how good this Young Justice episode is! Definitely one of the best of the entire series. The villain in this one, Brick, was in season 1 episode 3. When the kids (remember when they were kids?) went to try and convince Roy(Will) to join The Team, he was in a fight with Brick, who's a Green Arrow villain generally.

2023-12-28 23:56:58 +0000 UTCthey established a long time ago that glory is so old she predates the written word, thats why they had a hard time finding anything about her and what the watchers council told them is all they had at that time: she's a god that ruled a realm with two other gods; she was known as the beast; was banished to earth; wants to use the key to open a door. the end. buffy tasked the council to continue to look for more information so i guess research is their job not the rest of the scoobies? but i think why its really taking so long is: network television. we got 22 episodes a season and not all can be about the main plot or we would wrap things up by episode 12 and the rest of the season is filler. so they spaced things out where we get plot, filler, plot, filler and end on plot. its just the name of the game when dealing with this format. if it was say, 10 eps like a streaming premium show, things would have been tighter.

Speaking of Tara, whilst I wouldn't go crazy wondering if anything she says means anything, it may be worth paying a little attention to her, as some stuff will have meaning that will make sense by the time s5 is finished.

2023-12-28 17:29:38 +0000 UTC#SundayRundown - So you just saw one of the most beloved episodes of Young Justice. It's easily in my top 5, the "Bowhunter Security" is basically fanservice done right. All the Roy Harper clones (Jim Harper was another clone of Roy aged up to appear as his uncle, this was hinted at in season 1, and revealed in season 2 in a throwaway line) together with Nightwing, doing a comedic adventure together as "Bowhunter Security" and it's easily the funniest episode of the show. And yet, it was used for serious, fantastic character development. Dick is struggling with leadership after season 2, he was a leader and then Wally died, he blames himself. So now, since season 2, he's been actively avoiding teams, avoiding being a leader. Will is able to call Dick on his shit, Nightwing is a leader, and he needs to work on himself and get past his Wally trauma and lead again, which is basically his character arc this season. Also the Artemis/Zatanna story is spectacular and shows the memory of the show to pull back on details from season 1, what happened to Zatara, and then use it now, all these years later, for heartwrenching emotional payoff and growing these characters we've known since they were teenagers. "Private Security" manages to be one of the funniest episodes of the show, if not the funniest, while also having serious character development and heartwrenching tragedy between the comedy.

2023-12-28 17:07:11 +0000 UTCI asked this when they posted the poll about waiting to watch angel and someone from the normies responded that they will do what they can to catch up but buffy is their priority of the two shows. my guess is we might get some double drops of angel here and there, but they probably won't be caught up until they are into season 3 of angel/season 6 of buffy.

Arsenal is the true/original Roy who was kidnapped and thus they made two clones out of him. Will (Red Arrow) & Jim (Guardian) are those clones. Jim was ‘grown’ faster than Will since he was meant to play as Will’s uncle, be a guard for Cadmus & so Will could join Green Arrow and eventually the Team/League as the unaware mole for The Light
