2023-10-30 05:47:31 +0000 UTCI think you guys mixed up two Buffy halloween episodes. Season 2 Episode 6 was called Halloween and thats the one they were turned into their costumes. Remember, Angel and Cordelia were still on the show at the time. We also start to hear about some of Giles' dark past with the intorduction of Ethan Rayne. Season 4 EPisode 4 is Fear Itself and that's is when they go to a haunted house setup in a frat house and their own fears come to life. Buffy's fear of abandonment, Willow's fear of losing Oz and not able to control her magic abilities. Oz's fear of hurting Willow. Xander's fear of his friends leaving him behind.

2023-10-29 17:31:23 +0000 UTCChaos... i don't mean this as an offense or even saying you're wrong or anything... cause I totally agree, we cant expect people to react the same way we did, and we shouldnt even want them to. That being said, laughing over scenes where the characters are literally breaking down in tears over terminal illnesses isn't just reacting differently... its the opposite. Its not paying attention to the content in order to "get your shit in". Trying to get your jokes over instead of reacting to the content of the episode, Id argue, is not reacting at all. Their minds are not on the episode itself. Example: In the last Angel episode, they didn't even notice Drusilla had returned until the second time they showed her because they were too busy cracking up over something completely unrelated to the episode.

Reactors not reacting to entertainment the way you did when first experiencing it is a common complaint on reaction channels and never makes sense. Chris should laugh at something he sees on screen without having to worry if it pleases people in the comment section. I don't want fake reactions.

I saw multiple comments that helped explain and give more context to things you guys were confused about and those comments seem to get skipped over weekly. Idk who choose the comments, maybe it’s someone who doesn’t watch, and I know yall can’t read them all but it’s just confusing that time gets reduced every week & less informed comments get choosen.

No one has any reason to think she has God tier power (except possibly Unohana). That being said tactically speaking there are also only two reasons to capture someone 1 to gain/neutralize enemy abilities, or 2 bait....... I just realized I'm dancing on spoiler territory here so I won't expand on this anymore.

Yeah there's some fun stuff in the original episode, but it's not like missing it is going to be detrimental to the story or your understanding of things. I think people are blowing it a bit out of proportion how important it is to see the original version, it's not that serious.
